From humble beginnings in 1962 Disability Opportunities Victoria (formally Wongabeena Association) has expanded and developed in conjunction with community needs. We provide a support, which enables people with a disability to access, their individual choice of living, learning, work and recreational opportunities with in the community to achieve their maximum potential.
