Baptist Community Services
Serving the community for over 30 years, BCS LifeCare offers support to individuals, families, children and young people through counselling, early intervention, professional development, child care, crisis and medium term housing and youth residential programs.
A not-for-profit Christian organisation, BCS was established by the Baptist Churches of NSW & ACT in 1944. From humble beginnings BCS has grown into a significant care provider employing 3500 people across 150 facilities and programs. A further 1000 people serve the organisation as volunteers.
In spite the organisation’s exciting growth, the founding vision of serving people with excellence in Christian care remains at the heart of BCS.
BCS operates 35 residential aged care facilities across NSW & ACT, with care options ranging from independent living to high care and dementia-specific services. Our aged care facilities have been recognised for their quality care, services and innovation.
