![]() Assistance Dogs Australia Assistance Dogs Australia (ADA) is a non-profit organisation that trains Labradors and Golden Retrievers to help enhance the quality of life and improve the level of independence for people with physical disabilities. As a result of the ADA program, these highly trained dogs allow recipients to have greater mobility, gain confidence and have higher self-esteem. A relatively new and small charity ADA was started in 1996 and has since placed over seventy dogs all around Australia. Each dog takes a full two years to train at a cost of $20000 each. 1800 688 364 Shop 3, 1339 - 1341 Princes Hwy Heathcote, New South Wales 2233 Australia Map Other Categories: Disability |
