 Aussie Helpers Established on 21 May 2002, Aussie Helpers was formed to help fight poverty and lift the spirits of those severely affected by drought in the outback. Through the help of volunteers, and generous members of the community, the Aussie Helpers organisation is a support network for farmers all over Australia.The objectives of Aussie Helpers are broadly to fight poverty in rural Australia. Poverty diminishes people and extreme poverty is demeaning to those who are affected by poverty. Aussie Helpers believe that every Australian deserves a reasonable standard of living and a reasonable standard of accommodation.
