Multiple Sclerosis Limited
Multiple Sclerosis is an unpredictable and debilitating disease of the Central Nervous System. MS is the most common neurological disease with the average age of people at diagnosis being just 32 years of age; women are three times as likely to be diagnosed as men.
The MS Society is known as Multiple Sclerosis Limited (MSL) in NSW and VIC. As a not-for- profit organisation, our first priority is to assist and support people who live with the effects of multiple sclerosis.
The MS Society, to achieve this: • raises funds for researching a cure • provides specialised services for people living with the effects of multiple sclerosis in their daily life including: o Counselling o Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy o Access to current Information, Peer Support and Lifestyle Planning o Accommodation Services (including respite care) o Referral services in metropolitan, regional and country areas
Please help us to assist people living with the effects of multiple sclerosis by contributing to The MS Society’s work with an In Memoriam donation to remember a person’s journey through life or a Bequest. Please contact the Manager: Bequests in either NSW or VIC for further information.
