 Essere (To Be) Living Skills Essere (To Be) Living Skills is a registered charity not-for-profit organisation that aims to add value to communities by reducing anti-social behaviour and levels of depression and suicide in people of all ages. Many of these problems surface in school children and go into adulthood. Essere has identified the need to address these problems through educational workshops to help build self esteem and to assist individuals to make better choices in their lives.
