 Outcare Incorporated Outcare is primarily a crime prevention and community safety organisation. It is Western Australia’s major non profit and non-government organisation dealing with the care and rehabilitation of offenders in Western Australia. It provides assistance to offenders, ex-offenders, their dependants and to members of the general community - with the aim of reducing the incidence of recidivism (re-offending) and promoting crime prevention in our community.Established in 1963 as an incorporated organisation, Outcare has developed an excellent reputation for its broad-ranging offender support services. In particular, it is regarded as one of WA’s most successful providers of specialist employment and re-entry support. Community education is also one of its key aims.
