![]() The Portsea Camp For over 60 years The Portsea Camp (formerly the Lord Mayor's Camp for Country Children) has been nurturing disadvantaged and special needs children. Week long camps run by the camp's team of 400 volunteers give children the chance to leave troubles behind. Activities are offered that enable children to develop the skills and experiences that will help them grow into valuable members of the wider community. It is extraordinary what a week at Portsea can achieve. All children, regardless of the issues in their lives deserve the chance to grow and develop in a safe, caring environment. Portsea Camp volunteers are second to none, totally committed to ensuring that children's welfare comes first. Whether children are engaged in team building activities or braving the camp's adventure rides, swimming or snorkeling, preparing concert acts or diving into the creative activities, safe, experienced leaders are there every step of the way, encouraging and nurturing. 03 5984 2333 3704 Point Nepean Rd, Portsea Portsea, Victoria 3944 Australia Map Other Categories: Children Welfare Health Youth Community Services |
